Terms and Conditions

Unless corporate bodies (companies or educational establishments) as customers assert their own terms and conditions as well as in all cases concerning private customers, the following terms and conditions are in effect::

    The lessons to be provided are offered on a fee basis according to the price-list.
    The prices amount to:
- for group lessons (3 persons and more): 10€ per academic hour (45 min.) for each person;
- for individual lessons: 20€ per academic hour;
- lessons in company’s premises (with an unlimited number of participants): 18€ per academic hour for the whole group.

    The fees shall be paid after the bill/invoice issued at the end of each month, in which the classes took place. The bill only includes the classes actually conducted in a corresponding month.
    The amount demanded according to the bill shall be paid not later than on the 3rd day of the following month. Direct money transfers are only possible inside the European Union. Customers from the countries outside the EU can send their payments via WesternUnion, PayPal or MoneyGram.
    Notices of cancellation shall be sent in a written form or via e-mail. The cancellation period amounts to one month from the day on which a notice was issued.
    Trial lessons are free of charge.

The price for translations amounts to 0.10 euros per word. The minimal price is 20.00 euros.

Some surcharges (up to 0.05 euros per word) are possible if the translation is bound with some difficulties (for example, if a text is crammed with specific branch terms) or if the order is urgent.

The price for proofreading amounts to 0.05 euros per line (A4, portrait format, Times New Roman, 12 pt). The minimal price is 10.00 euros.
